What would you highlight about EPIC when carrying out projects with a high level of architectural detail?

Their attention to detail and finishes, without a doubt. Building well is important, but the finishing touches are essential.

How was the communication and coordination with the EPIC team during the construction?

The projects mentioned in the introduction were well-coordinated from the beginning between EPIC, Lf91, and the site management.

In what ways do you think EPIC stands out compared to other construction companies you've worked with?

With a well-defined project, you can trust that, together with EPIC, it will also be well built.

How has EPIC responded to unforeseen issues or construction challenges on site?

For me, post-completion treatment, especially in residential projects, is one of the most valuable aspects in a construction company, and EPIC takes care of it.

Have the agreed budgets been respected? How has EPIC handled changes to the budget or extras during the course of the construction?

I must admit that cost control in the projects mentioned, with LF91 acting as Project Manager, has not been my responsibility.

How would you describe the harmony between your architectural vision and EPIC's execution?

Very good.

Was the project executed faithfully according to the plans?

Mostly yes, there are always changes during a construction.

What would you say about the finishes?

Very satisfactory.

Would you recommend others (individuals, developers, and/or professionals in the sector) to work with EPIC? Why?

Absolutely, their quality speaks for itself. Although, like everyone in the industry, sometimes prices need a bit more adjustment.
