Working this way, we return the building to its original renewed appearance, conditioning and improving comfort and preserving elements of its initial design.

On many occasions, the possibility of a restoration is decided upon prior to demolition and new construction, since the complete demolition of a building implies a significant loss of the volume of buildability by adapting to the new urban regulations. 

Commercial spaces

At EPIC the reform of commercial premises is another of our strengths. We have carried out retail work in Mallorca and we carry out the complete work of commercial premises over short periods of time while always having quality as the leading premise of our work.  

We strictly comply with all applicable specifications, standards and codes that meet the expectations and needs of our customers. In addition, we analyze the distribution of the appropriate spaces in the premises and advise clients by selecting the optimal materials and finishes while looking for the necessary systems and installations.
