At the very foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO heritage site, this spacious house is surrounded by vast country fields and is perfectly adapted to enjoy long walks or relaxing days. It is a house built for an extended family, so the areas are wide and spacious allowing every family member to have their own space and independence from one another.
The house harmoniously connects between interior and exterior, with the facade that provides the roots of its territory, with references to its Balearic tradition with modern touches, while fusing a square joint masonry lining using the actual stone of the property itself with a mortar coating to the lime. Its interior plays with local materials, including micro-cement floors and the staircase and large oak wood doors enhancing the Mediterranean essence of the project.
In addition, it has large windows and spacious terraces that fill every corner with light enhancing the natural setting of its location.
