A town house that breaks with the traditional
Located in Pollença, we find a construction that brings an urban style to the island without leaving anyone indifferent. It is a project that uses both indigenous and luxury materials to achieve unforgettable results.
Pollença, a town in the north of Mallorca, this remodeled project has resurfaced from the ashes to become a completely new and very untraditional house. Its owners wanted to create something innovative while still preserving the use of local materials in its construction.
This contemporary-style house makes the most of its interiors and even the smallest construction detail works hard to achieve a greater sense of space. The result is an ultra-modern home. In addition, the final touches have resulted in a fun, groundbreaking and modern house.
The structure is divided into three different floors. The ground floor is where the living room, dining room and kitchen combine with lots of natural light and where you can easily spend and enjoy most of the day. In addition, there is also a beautiful outdoor terrace with a swimming pool that creates the feeling of being in an orchard in the middle of the island. The second floor is where the bedrooms and rest area are located. Finally, on the top floor there is a roof terrace with panoramic views of the town and the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range.
The result is a luxurious home that plays with urban touches and vibrant Mediterranean accents to provide an international yet distinctly island home. The materials used are high-end, combining luxury finishes and local materials through the use of natural wood and resistant stone.
