Projects
Where the traditional is the protagonist
A remodeled project in keeping with the island’s character, in the center of a town in the northern area of Mallorca that allows you to live like a real local. - From the very start, the owners wanted a home to enjoy the island feeling of Mallorca and since they are lovers of new cultures, they opted for a central location in the town of Pollença, situated in the northern area of the island. In its interior, it transmits simplicity but upon entering the structure, it clearly shows a complexity of studied details that really highlight the difference of this refurbishment.
This project perfectly combines traditional materials, such as the stone facade and traditional Mallorcan shutters, with other more modern touches, such as the large glass windows that allow the light to enter from the outside, making sure the house has interior large spaces full of light.
The Spanish Zarci stone floors that decorate throughout also stand out, and particularly the large sculptural staircase that combines white lacquered iron with natural stone. A home that plays with different materials, both traditional and modern, to achieve spectacular results.
