Situated on the iconic Jaime III Avenue in Mallorca, the renovated law firm in Palma's historic centre harmoniously blends traditional architecture with technological innovations, creating an optimal and elegant working environment. The preservation of marés structures — a local sandstone — allowed the building to be updated without compromising its original aesthetic.
The sober and minimalist design, featuring neutral colours and clean lines, fosters a professional and serious atmosphere. The offices are equipped with advanced technology in air exchange systems, lighting, and acoustic treatment, enhancing both comfort and efficiency.This project revitalises the space and sets a new standard in office design, where tradition and modernity coexist in perfect harmony.
