Where the sunrises emerge from the sea
A detached house built a few meters from the Mediterranean Sea located in an exclusive housing development in the northern part of Mallorca, with a modern style and high quality materials.
A few meters from the Mediterranean Sea, located in the Gotmar residential area in Puerto de Pollença, is this ultra-modern villa. It is located on an elevated smallholding that make the most of the views of the bay and its natural surroundings.
The high-end primary materials combine to create a set of textures and natural elements in each room, such as the wooden paneling, the bush-hammered stone floors and marble cladding, and the steel staircase painted black allowing the mountain and the sea to merge without limits.
This construction of a single-family house consists of five bedrooms and several living spaces with glass and steel windows to give the home the necessary natural light and provide a spacious atmosphere of clear lines and a Mediterranean essence.
