Where nature lives in its purest form
A newly built villa with Mediterranean character surrounded by woodland and nature, located in Alcudia just a few meters from the sea.
This newly built villa with a Mediterranean character is located in Alcudia, a coastal town in the northern region of Mallorca, surrounded by island nature and located just a few meters from the sea. The materials that have been used for the construction of this project are of high quality, in essence to create an avant-garde home yet with a warm-feeling, so as not to lose its homely sense.
The minimalist facade is contrasted by the olive green shutters and exposed wooden beams, which reflect the origins of the house. In this project, it was important to preserve some of the previous elements in order to retain its original essence, such as some of the doors, cupboards and closets in the house. In the interior, high-end finishes with natural wood and stone help maintain the high standards, merging with the outside through the large terraces.
The garden and the surrounding environment have tall pine trees that protect the house from extreme weather conditions, as well as several Mediterranean plants and a turquoise swimming pool that make you lose yourself in time.
