This newly built residence seamlessly blends stone walls with transparent façades, creating a harmonious connection between the various spaces. At its core lies an interior courtyard that bathes the kitchen and entrance in natural light, featuring a stunning olive tree.
The villa uses two primary materials: wood and stone (oak and zarci), crafted into custom-made elements throughout the home. The floating kitchen countertop, anchored to side walls, enhances the sense of openness and connectivity with the outdoor environment.

Laminated Wooden Beams: Used in pergolas and the interior, painted to match the home's design theme. Iroko Wood Exterior Carpentry: Durable and stylish wood used for exterior fixtures. Zarci Stone: Employed in flooring, kitchen countertops, the fireplace, staircase, and bathrooms, providing a cohesive and luxurious finish. Oak Wood: Used for interior doors, wardrobes, dressing rooms, and custom-made furniture including beds, nightstands, and desks. Black Metal: Utilized for handles and accessories, adding a modern touch to the design. Copper Fixtures: High-quality faucets and electric towel warmers that enhance the luxury feel of the bathrooms. Granite Pool: Constructed using various types of granite, ensuring durability and an elegant appearance.
