This new construction project stands out for its modular style and geometric shapes, divided by two units and differentiated by one having a limestone façade and the second with a masonry lining.

The house is integrated into the environment through the use of natural materials, such as the interior white lacquered and natural oak carpentry, the polished ivory floors on the ground floor and oak on the upper floor in the main room which contrast with the aluminum exterior carpentry and the Egyptian stone terraces, that together combine to provide a unique playfulness of textures and elements. It is without doubt a project that combines balance, contrasts and functionality.
