EPIC S.L. is a company in Mallorca dedicated to the execution of new construction projects, renovations, and rehabilitations.
Since its constitution EPIC S.L. has grown gradually understanding Quality, as the guarantee of good service, and respect for the environment are a non-negotiable self-imposed condition.
This commitment has led to the Management of EPIC S.L. to go a step further and implement a Quality and Environmental Management System according to the UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 14001 Standards, based on the following precepts:
- The members of EPIC S.L. will carry out their work always attending to the requirements expressed by the client and trying to achieve their full satisfaction with our services.
- The staff and subcontractors of EPIC S.L. will always have the necessary training and experience to carry out their work with the required Quality levels and in an environmentally friendly manner.
- The Management of EPIC S.L. guarantees the availability of the necessary means for the delivery of a Quality service.
- In EPIC S.L. all those environmental legal requirements and the requirements that the organization subscribes that may be applicable to its activity will be complied with and its staff will always be aware of the need to preserve the environmental values.
- The Management of EPIC S.L. commits to establish and implement the necessary measures to prevent any type of pollution and protect the environment.
- EPIC S.L. will adopt the necessary measures to control the generation of waste, minimizing the quantities produced.
- In EPIC S.L. the consumption of the materials used shall be controlled, especially when they constitute non-renewable natural resources.
- EPIC S.L. will implement the appropriate actions for the continuous improvement of its production processes, its environmental behavior, and the effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental Management System.
- The Management will define each year specific Quality and Environmental Objectives, measurable and consistent with the company's Policy.
