Located in a wonderful enclave in the north of Mallorca, you will find this cozy, refurbished house. Its owners can make the most of living on the north coast of the island by enjoying unbeatable views of the Mediterranean Sea.
It has been fully remodeled into the original existing space with the work completed to ensure that each room of the house has maximum utility, using high quality materials and suited to its maritime environment.
At the request of its inhabitants, we have opted for constructive simplicity and a house requiring limited maintenance, due to its use as a holiday home. Therefore, complications are kept to a minimum during the months in which they choose not to inhabit the space.
At EPIC, we are very happy with the results achieved to create a perfect home to enjoy the holidays, rest up and relax with a sea breeze.
